UND/REA Box Office
The UND/Ralph Engelstad Arena Box Office is located on the east side of Ralph Engelstad Arena in the main lobby. The Box Office accepts cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards.
UND/REA Box Office Hours:
Monday-Friday: 10 am-6 pm
Saturday: 10 am-2 pm
Day of Event: 10 am - event intermission
Alerus Center Box Office - Football Only
Football tickets may also be purchased through the Alerus Center Box Office. The Alerus Center is located at 1200 S. 42nd St. in Grand Forks, and is open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Monday-Friday and 10 a.m. to intermission on event days.
Ticketmaster Ticket Centers
Tickets can be purchased at any Ticketmaster outlet. Ticketmaster outlets in the greater Grand Forks area include the Chester Fritz Auditorium, all Hugo’s locations and Macy’s. Visit www.ticketmaster.com for a convenient list of locations.
UND Student Tickets
UND students receive FREE tickets to all home UND football, volleyball, basketball, and women’s hockey games. UND students may pick up their FREE ticket for those events starting the Monday morning prior to the game at the Memorial Union Box Office, UND/REA Box Office, or the Chester Fritz Box Office. Football tickets are available at the Alerus Center on game day only. Students must show a valid UND Student ID. The Memorial Union Box Office is only open Monday-Wednesday.
Single game tickets are available for all men's hockey games in the UND Student General Addmission section until one month prior to the game for all student games, at which time the tickets are not exclusively held for UND students. Tickets are $7 and each student is limited to one each game. The Minnesota Gopher series are $10 each. Click here for complete single game on sale schedule.
Youth Tickets
If a child has celebrated their second birthday, they are required to have a valid ticket for Fighting Sioux Athletic events. The youth price applies to ages 2-12. Ages 13 and above are considered adults. Youth ticket policies may change for family events held at the Ralph or Betty. This information will be noted on the event’s information page.

High School Coaches' Tickets
As a member of the North Dakota High School Coaches Association, you are able to request two complimentary passes to Fighting Sioux football, volleyball, or women's hockey home games. To do this, splease send an email to tickets@theralph.com. In the e-mail, please include your name as well as your guest's name. You can pick yp the passes at the will call window beginning hour prior to the event. You will need to present your NDHSCA card and both you and your guest will need to have a picture ID. Both fans must sign by their own name. This offer is also extended to area Minnesota high school coaches, using the same process and proper identification.
Will Call
The Will Call windows are located at the UND/Ralph Engelstad Arena Box Office on the east side of the arena in the main lobby. To pick up tickets at Will Call, present a valid ID for verification. The name(s) on the Will Call order and the ID must be the same. There is also a Will Call window in the Betty Engelstad Sioux Center for basketball and volleyball games and other events. This Will Call window opens one hour prior the game or event.
Lost or Stolen Tickets
Tickets must be treated like cash. We recommend they be stored in a secure place.
