GRAND FORKS, N.D. - Earlier this month, seventh graders at Schroeder Middle School had the opportunity to listen to athletes from the North Dakota baseball team.

Junior Aaron Cook, (Erskine, Minn.), sophomore Joe Krivarchka, (Lisbon, N.D.), and redshirt freshman Kyle Bolander, (Hermantown, Minn.) met the Schroeder students at University Park to talk about the importance of academics, work ethics, achieving goals, and team work.

Each fall, North Dakota athletes have the chance to speak to Schroeder students about aiming high and believing in yourself; this event has been a very successful for both Schroeder students and Sioux athletes.
