Weather cancels Detroit Lakes football coaches clinic

GRAND FORKS, N.D. – The Detroit Lakes portion of the 2009 Fighting Sioux football coaches caravan has been cancelled due to recent weather the UND football office announced today. 

The clinic, scheduled for March 10 in Detroit Lakes, Minn., was called off after the National Weather Service issued a blizzard warning for much of eastern North Dakota. The clinic is set to be rescheduled at a later date.

To date, the Grand Forks clinic scheduled for Monday, March 9 will go on as planned. Also unaffected are the Minot (March 11) and Bismarck (March 12) clinics.
